We ready to go yet, girls?
Morning coffee and savory treats with Chris before we hit the road.
Off down what seems to be a nice dry highway.
Through canyons with towering rocks.
As we go further the clouds begin to form and the temperature drops.
Suddenly we are driving in snow. This is the light part before it really began. We passed snowplows and slushy side roads and warning of icy roads ahead.
The snow finally ceased and sunshine came out. Lots of tunnels to pass through in the mountains.
A quick stop at a local spot to use the restroom.
Made it to Utah in spite of twists, turns and snow.
Beautiful landscape changes along the way.
Had to stop to let Ann take a favorite flower pic.
Turn left where Brontosaurus and Stegosaurus intersect.
Dinos are everywhere.
Made it to Katie and the dog love fest.
